Eating my own words

I was having dinner last night at Pure Food and Wine and was discussing veganism and how important it was to me.

A few moments later, I recalled an original quotation of mine...

"I would sooner eat my own flesh, than that of an innocent animal"

After I said that, I noticed that I had bit my tongue and it was bleeding.

Today was a brilliant day as I further explored how I was feeling in my relationship to food. All was perfect. I did eat 3 small oranges followed by some raw walnuts and it made my quite aware of the need to properly food combine.

I would gather that a mono-diet, consuming only one item at a time is best. It take work to look at food as fuel, not media.
