Today began light on food. I got up and didn't eat anything until about 11:30am and then I had two small organic pomegranates. This held me over till about 6pm when I had 3 very ripe persimmons. Actually one was very ripe and the other two were kinda ripe. Then, at 9pm, I had a green juice and at 11pm, which is much later than I would prefer, I had a seaweed salad with extra lettuce and the sauce that I like from the organic avenue sunflower falafel.
This is somewhat unrelated, but I met this guy several years ago who used to play in Michael Franti's band spearhead. He's now doing solo performance's and I ran into him after a show at the green festival in SF. Since I love what he's capable of doing, I got right up into his face with a little canon elf and shot this clip....
Let me know what you think... BTW... He's making all of the music and sounds by himself in real time.
Have the best day ever!
Doug

Sun Tzu ON THE ART OF WAR is the oldest military treatise in the world. My blog is The Art or Raw which is really the art of peace and is based on my adventures in the corporate world.
