India Round Two

I just returned from my second trip to India. For starters, this was a short-trip, 17 days including travel to and from NY, NY.

Notable points about the trip.

1. It was vacation with a beginning and an end. Last time, I was totally free and extended my trip several times. This time, I had real business issues that needed love.

2. I did the classic, planes, trains and autorickshaws to cover, New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Mumbai, Pune, Goa and back to New Delhi.

3. No drugs, no bites, no theft.

4. Plenty of negotiations with everyone from the 1 star hotels to the 5 star hotels.

5. Cold foggy nights in Delhi to breathtaking sunsets from a chalet in Goa.

6. Cows, bulls, elephants, camels, goats, chickens, roosters, pigs, horses, mules, dogs, cats, birds, fish, donkeys, mice and rats. Most of them on the road at the same time.

7. I ate my raw vegan diet and only felt ill for about 30 hours after enjoying my first and only dressed salad that I ever ate out in India. Resolution was lots of water and intensive amounts of grapefruit seed extract, olive tree extract and sun chlorela.

8. Saw organic and fair trade businesses for the first time.

9. My Blackberry 8800 with AT&T service worked amazing in every city.

This is a starter post...
