I met Phil when he came to speak in LA, at a very nice raw foods restaurant in Orange County. He's the real deal. If you ever want to convince someone of the power of raw foods, talk about Phil.

Two interesting aspects of his story. First, he went cold turkey onto raw foods from a really deep SAD. Second, he decided to eat *whatever he wanted to* as long as it was raw. In other words, he didn't stress to much about following one guru or one program. He just stuck to raw, listened to his body, and over time his dietary habits became better and better.

What an inspiration!
